When I presented to the Northwoods Chiropractic I was barely able to walk, turn my neck, bend at the waist, stand or get any general exercise at all. My illness started when I fell very hard in 1996. I didn't realize the slow and devastating impact of such a fall could have, until I could no longer work. Because of the pain, I fell into depression and related anxiety.

Prior to coming to this office the only relief I received was from Physical Therapy at the Hospital - and the harsh and dangerous drugs and injections at the emergency room.

Progress made since starting chiropractic treatment has resulted in that I now am able to turn my head with out the severe pain, I can now walk more without pain, I still have much to work on, but a least there is hope and control on an out-of-control condition, being able to do more and having the confidence to do them has even helped with my depression.

I found out about Northwoods Chiropractic through Dr. Robert Bowlware.

Treatment is a two way street, one of patience and persistence, even a little ground recovered can make a huge difference.
